The first aid course with SWBM Academy was excellent, with plenty of hands-on experience alongside clear, thorough explanations, examples and demonstrations. David, our first instructor, was dynamic, patient and engaging, and really took the time to make sure we understood not just what we were doing, but why it mattered and how it could make a real difference in an emergency. The whole session felt practical, supportive and enjoyable, with really good communication before and after the course too.

The training is great, very practical and first hand experience. You cover all the basics in the emergency first aid. David is a great teacher, very precise and he wants you to know exactly what to do, and how to do it. Totally recommend.
